En Plein Air: Sweet Water Landing's Parking Lot (Oil, 12 x 14)

It was a long time since I painted at Sweet Water Landing last time. When I stopped at the office and knocked the door, a lady opened the door. She asked me, "How can I help you?" I said, "I am sorry, but I thought it was Mark's office." With a smile, she told me Mark was not there anymore. Then I explained that I was Mark's friend and used to paint at the boatyard a lot and if she didn't mind, I'd like to ask her the favor, too, so that I could continue to paint there. She told me she didn't mind at all. I saw a red sports car on the parking lot and decided to paint it with the boats as background.
