Quick Oil Sketches: Horses and Pine Tree

This morning I drove on Buckingham Rd. to check out a site. I wasn't able to get inside, so I decided to find something else to paint. When the road eased into a large curve, I saw a horse farm on the roadside. Therefore, I stopped my car and pulled out my painting kit on the road shoulder. I decided to paint real fast, so by 11 AM I finished all the three sketches. On the average, each took around 40 minutes. When the houses went too far to paint, I painted the pine tree. It was a good practice.
